Caroline Bonynge is the Director of Operations, Safety and Security at Aspen Pitkin County Airport

Caroline’s attended Northwood University (Undergraduate), and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University – Currently working on Masters)

She is currently volunteer on several boards and aviation programs including:

What interests her in RFL is the opportunity to continue to develop leadership skills that she can put to use in her current and future roles. Caroline believe that in order to be an effective leader you must understand your skill set as a leader and the needs of the team you lead and find a balance.

Caroline sees this as an opportunity to better understand her own leadership style and objectives as well gain perspective on other styles and leadership method. She also believe this opportunity will provide insight and perspectives on others and ways to communicate more effectively not only as a leader but as an individual.
