  • Andrew Vick
    Andrew Vick President

    Andrew graduated from RFL in 2009. He believes RFL is important because it gives the community those that are willing to engage in critical conversations, provide and apply appropriate frameworks for community discussions, and those that are devoted to the community to make it a better place. Andrew’s slogan for life: “Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don’t matter at all, because once you are Real you can’t be ugly, except to people who don’t understand.”

  • Collina Washington
    Collina Washington

    Collina Washington is an experienced procurement professional with nearly 10 years’ experience in the transit industry. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Collina has been the Procurement Manager for the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) for the past five years. She is a 2012 graduate of RFL. In her spare time, Collina enjoys running, hiking and engaging in various activities with her church, New Creation Church.

  • Derek Hanrahan
    Derek Hanrahan

    Derek Hanrahan: Director of Technology & Business Development, Stay Aspen Snowmass. Derek graduated from RFL in 2013. RFL is important to Derek because there is no such thing as a “born leader”. “For our community to prosper we need to cultivate empowered, educated, impassioned leaders to facilitate and pursue the community’s best interests.” Derek’s slogan for his life “I will not be stopped.”

  • Deric Sherry Gunshor
    Deric Sherry Gunshor

    Deric Sherry Gunshor is the Senior Manager, Event Marketing at Aspen Ski Company. Deric has a BS degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts, MA. Deric expects to gain a new set of skills and knowledge through the diverse group dynamic as well as program speakers. He wants to apply them to his work and the community.

  • Lex Tarumianz
    Lex Tarumianz

    Lex Tarumianz: Lex Tarumianz, CFA President, Pyramid Property Advisors. In 2011, after a rigorous three-year study and examination program, Lex became a CFA charterholder, the leading designation in the investment management industry. Lex saw an opportunity to leverage his finance and hospitality experience into a career in commercial and residential real estate. “I wanted to be a part of the largest growing sector in Aspen,” he said. Lex graduated from RFL in 2004. He has also served with the City of Aspen budget task force. Lex is married with two children.

  • Michael Augello
    Michael Augello Vice President

    Michael Augello is a Builder / Construction Manager, and a Partner in Legacy Homes.  Mike graduated from RFL in 2009. RFL is important because it brings amazing levels of participation in our community, from so many different people, in every area… Public, Private, Businesses and Not For Profits, every age, culture, and town in our Valley.  All the vital sectors of our local society become engaged in every RFL class. Michael’s slogan for life: “In the end, it’s not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away.”

  • Sara Nadolny
    Sara Nadolny

    Sara Nadolny is a Planning Tech for the City of Aspen. Sara graduated from RFL in 2014 and learned how important RFL is for our community, first hand. She took away that RFL provides essential tools for living life and interacting with other people in our community. It can help develop a stronger sense of self and more satisfying relationships in all arenas of life. Sara’s slogan for life: “It really does start with the Self. You need to be the change you want to see in your community. Push your boundaries of comfort. And once that becomes comfortable, push again in a new direction. This is how we grow.”

  • Stuart Fox
    Stuart Fox Treasurer

    Stuart Fox is a Senior Credit Analyst for Alpine Bank. Stuart graduated from RFL in 2013. Stuart believes that RFL creates practical, informed and motivated leaders who quickly and readily plug into the Roaring Fork Valley Community and make daily contributions to making this a wonderful place to work and live! Stuart’s slogan for life: “Enjoy more, worry less and live in the present!”

  • Tari Williams
    Tari Williams Secretary

    Tari Williams is the County Attorney for Garfield County. Tari graduated from RFL in 2008 and believes the core program creates a common language that allows us to communicate more authentically and therefore more productively.  Through this language, we come to see ourselves and others in a more informed way.  We become able to look for similarities rather than differences, mitigate conflict and work collaboratively to address the issues we encounter in our relationships at home, at work, and in the community. Tari’s slogan for life: “Keep it Simple”.

  • Theresa Rumery
    Theresa Rumery

    Theresa Rumery graduated from RFL in 2014. She personally got a lot of value out of RFL and continues to use the tools and lessons she learned.  Theresa believes everyone should go through RFL because everyone can benefit from the tools and resources that RFL provides! Theresa’s slogan for life: “Friends are the color of life!”
