Planning & Zoning (Volunteer Citizen Board)

This board makes, adopts, amends and certifies to the BOCC a master plan for the physical development of unicorporated county territory. They also make and certify a zoning plan for zoning all or any part of the unincorporated territory, to include zoning maps, recommendations on building height, bulk, location, density, etc. They also make recommendations on land use applications. Terms are three years. They meet the first and third Turesday of each month at 5:00 PM.
