This board is to have supervision, care and custody of all property of the library; employ a librarian and other employees; submit a budget to the Pitkin County Commissioners; accept gifts, perform all other acts necessary for the orderly and efficient management and control of the library. The board also provides an annual report to the Pitkin County C ommissioners on the funds expended, condition of its trust, number of books, etc. Terms are two years and the board meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 12-1:30 except in December.
