If you are not being a leader, and you try to act like a leader, you are likely to fail. That's called pretending to be a leader. If you are being a leader, you will act as a leader.

Effective leadership does not come from mere knowledge about what leaders do, or the characteristics or styles of noteworthy leaders, and certainly not from merely being in a leadership position, or position of authority.

Leadership cannot be taught, emulated or applied from a prescribed set of actions. It does not come from trying to remember and follow the steps, tips or techniques from books on leadership. No amount of memorizing will leave you being an effective leader, no matter what material you memorize.

Pre-requisite for attendance:  You must have attended 'Mastering the Future' prior to attending this course.

Dates:  This is a three day seminar, being offered on May 24, 25, 26, 2010 (Monday-Wednesday).
