Investing in Leadership

Our commitment to the community is to develop leaders who:

• Recognize themselves as a member of a larger social fabric and therefore, consider social problems to be at least partly their own.
• Demonstrate effective leadership through developing skills in the areas of critical thinking, collaboraiton, and embracing the diversity of others.
• 'Step up' to community leadership roles and opportunities in both political and non-political arenas.

You can...Invest in yourself and your community by participating in either our annual Class Program or one of our Community Programs. As a program participant, you will make the most direct investment possible to our community through your personal contribution of time and talent.
