Board of Appeals (Volunteer Citizen Board)

This board hears appeals due to the inability of an individual to obtain, or the granting of, a building permit or the decision by an administrative officer or agency concerning the administration of the Building Code. This board may make special exceptions to the terms of the Building Code, and recommend amendments to that code to the County Commissioners. Terms are two years and meetings are held as needed.
