Benefits of a 360 feedback program – Why participate in this process?
Often times, the best developmental and performance feedback doesn't solely come from an employee's manager. It comes from those who work with him or her on a daily basis, both inside and outside of the organization. That's why 360 Degree Feedback Reviews are increasingly recognized as critical tools in any high-quality, balanced professional development program. Without 360 Degree Feedback, we are often operating in a vacuum, and the larger our leadership role gets the more success depends upon how effectively we work through others
What you can expect from your participation
- Gaining insights on how you are perceived by others
- Focus your development plan on key areas for improvement
Outline of the process
- Launch process
- Designate feedback targets - Identify groups or teams of people that you interact at with on a regular basis. Then zero in on at least 3 from each group.
- Setup emails to your feedback providers – RFL will provide scripts for your use.
- Targets contacted, provided feedback forms and deadline for completion
- The compilation of the survey’s will be done electronically.
- Receiving your feedback: a coach will be assigned to you to assist with the entire process. After your targets complete the survey’s, your coach will review the compilation of feedback – (timing between January 1 and January 15)
- Based on your feedback, you will create a development plan and share with your coach and others if applicable (timing between January 15 and February 5)
- You will receive formal coaching for 60 minutes each month during the months of - March, April, May
- You will administer follow up surveys during the month of June
- To complete the process, you will review the compilation of 2nd round of survey feedback with your coach during the month of July.
Confirmation of commitment – are you going to participate or not
- Confirm your commitment today or by noon tomorrow via email.
- Pay fee of $175 – preferably by check mailed to P.O. Box 12095, Aspen, CO 81612, or Credit Card on-line.
